Make your reservation with AMTRAK for the round trip shuttle at the same time you make your AMTRAK train reservation on line, with your AMTRAK agent, or with your own travel agent. Then simply give our driver the appropriate “thruway” ticket when you board the shuttle. The shuttle pick up and drop off location in Lake Placid is the Hilton Lake Placid Resort. Without the appropriate AMTRAK “thruway” ticket, the cost for the shuttle is the prevailing transportation rate.
